What the calculator assumes
These are the figures behind the savings calculator, which counts money only. It asks for two prices per row (paid staff, volunteers): what one DBS check costs you all in, and what one digital ID check costs you, both including VAT. They start at the typical prices below, worked out from these fees, and the visitor can overwrite any of them. The level of check sets the paid-staff default only, until they type their own price. The plan is shown paid annually by default (the band's annual price exactly as it is charged, plus VAT) with a switch for monthly. Who pays the Update Service fee for paid staff is under "More options".
