Monitor DBS status for your customers, under your name
Tutoring agencies, care agencies, membership bodies and platforms that provide DBS checks to their own client organisations can run Daily DBS as part of their service. Each customer is a separate organisation: you see its headcount and open alerts, and its people's records only if it chooses to share them.
One account, many customers
Your partner account holds a sub-account for every customer — a business, an agency or an individual — each with its own logins and its own status board. From your own dashboard you see each customer's headcount and open alerts; their individual records stay private unless the customer chooses to share them.
Alerts go where you decide
For each customer, choose whether a change alerts them, you, or both.
Your brand, your domain
Optional white-labelling puts your logo and colours on the portal and the alert emails, at an address such as checks.yourdomain.co.uk. Your customers experience it as your service.
How partner pricing works
You pay for one headcount: everyone across all your customers added together, at the published prices. Nothing per customer, nothing per login. That pooling is the whole saving — twenty customers of fifteen people each would pay around £200 a month between them on their own plans; as one partner account of 300 people it is £80, and what you charge them is your business.
There is no minimum band for a partner account: you pay the published price for your pooled headcount, whatever it is. There is no application and no call: choose the band that fits, pay, switch your board to partner from your own dashboard, and start adding customers the same minute.
A trust, a chain or a franchise with several sites, schools, homes or practices of its own is a group rather than a partner. Same prices, same pooled headcount, same boards underneath — but no minimum size, because you are one organisation rather than several. Each of them shares its records with head office by default; a partner’s customers do not, unless that customer switches it on.
White-labelling — your logo, your colours, your web address and alerts sent in your name — is a one-off £250 + VAT to set up and nothing after that. It is open to any account, not only partners, and runs for twelve months from the day it goes live because we configure a domain and email sending for you.
Who holds the individual's authority
A DBS status check must be made by an organisation the individual has authorised. In most partner arrangements that is your customer, so each check is made in the customer's name and the consent is recorded against the person in their sub-account. Where you engage people directly, checks are made in your name. The portal handles both.
Data protection in a partner arrangement
Your customer is the data controller for its people, you are a processor, and Daily DBS is your sub-processor under a written agreement. Your own terms with your customers will need to name us; we provide the wording. Details are in our privacy notice.
Connecting your own systems
If you already have software your customers log in to, we can provide an API so status appears inside your own screens rather than in a second portal. Ask us when you're ready.
