Get started takes you to our payment provider. Your board opens the moment payment goes through and we email you the link. The owner of the account can change band at any time from the board's Admin. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like; annual plans run to the end of the year you have paid for and the owner turns off the renewal from the same place.
Your band is a limit on how many people you can have on your list. When you reach it the board tells you, and the owner can move up a band from Admin; nothing moves you up automatically. Several sites, schools, homes or practices under one organisation, or customers you check on behalf of? Groups and partners pay these same prices on one pooled headcount and can sign up online. You can also see every band on one page, with the date any of it changes.
What is included
Daily status checks for everyone on your list, same-day alerts by email, the status board and 12 months of check history, CSV export, unlimited logins for your team, and support by email.
On our list
New DBS checks — apply for Basic, Standard and Enhanced checks from the same board, with identity verified online and the result added to monitoring.
Update Service joining — we send the joining link and remind people before the 30-day window closes.

One price list, three ways to use it
The bands above are the only prices. What changes is how many organisations sit under one account and who can see whom.
Single organisation — you check your own staff and volunteers. Most customers.
Group — one organisation with several sites, schools, homes, practices or franchises. Everyone counts towards one band, each of them manages its own people and head office sees them all. No minimum.
Partner — separate client organisations under one account. Everyone counts towards one band, each client is a separate organisation whose people's records stay private from you unless it chooses to share them. No minimum band. How partner accounts work.
An umbrella body is something different — the DBS-registered organisation that submits new check applications. We work with one; you do not need to be one.
The terms, in a sentence
Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like, or pay for a year and save 15%. An annual plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for and renews automatically unless you turn the renewal off, which you can do at any time. No setup fee, no per-login charge and no minimum term. The one exception is white-labelling (your own logo, colours and web address), which has a one-off set-up fee and runs for twelve months because we set up a domain and email sending for you.
What does re-checking cost you today?
Type how many paid staff and volunteers you check, and what one check costs you all in. The prices start at the typical ones, worked out from the DBS fees that apply from 5 October 2026 and an umbrella body's usual admin fee, and you can overwrite any of them with what you actually pay. Every figure below shows its own arithmetic.
The time you spend chasing people and paperwork is not counted on either side. That is yours to value.
